New to real estate? When you join Keller Williams as a new agent, you'll be paired with an experienced mentor who will provide guidance and support as you launch your real estate career. This occurs after your tech setup appointment and meeting with the productivity coach. Your mentor will be carefully selected based on your needs and goals, ensuring you receive the best person for you. With their deep industry knowledge and commitment to your success, your mentor will be there to help you every step of the way! 

Mentors will be expected to...

• Meet with you within the first seven days that you've been assigned to them

• Help motivate and encourage you to purse your goals, take risks, and step outside your comfort zones

• Offer guidance and support to help you navigate challenges and make informed decisions

• Attend monthly Mentor Mastermind to discuss common challenges, celebrate wins, and review the upcoming month
