MEET THE AGENT LEADERSHIP COUNCIL
At Keller Williams, we truly believe our agents are the drivers of our success! That's why our Agent Leadership Council (ALC) has a say in how our Market Center is run and meet every month to discuss changes that need to be made for the good of our agents.
These meetings occur every 2nd Wednesday of the month and are open for all agents to attend! We encourage everyone to join and see how decisions are made on your behalf. Please check the google calendar HERE to keep up-to-date with any changes.

ALC STanding Committees
Each ALC member serves on one of the committees listed below. Other agents may serve on a committee; however, an ALC member is always the committee chair.
Growth Committee – All ALC Members
Assist in the overall growth of the Market Center by working with the owner(s) and TL in identifying and attracting other associates to the Market Center.
Career Development/Productivity Committee
Review all levels of training.
Assist in the implementation of training programs to support all associates in achieving their goals.
Education/Technology Committee
Engage in Labs and promote KW Technology (Command, Marketing, Design)
Culture/Community Committee
Assist in raising funds for Keller Williams associates in need, community projects, and KW Cares at International.
Create a Market Center no one would ever want to leave!
Diversity Committee
Maintain a welcoming and inclusive environment for all protected classes (sex, race color, creed, age, national origin, ancestry, disability, veteran status. Genetic information, and sexual orientation.)
Actively promote diversity, equity and inclusion education and initiatives.
Uphold our culture to ensure individuals are not discriminated against based on their differences.
